The Ann Arbor College of Martial Arts offers a complete, comprehensive, no-nonsense, reality-based system of self-defense for adults. Our focus is on practical self-defense, physical conditioning, and conflict de-escalation skill sets. We simulate real-life assault scenarios and apply functional defense solutions.
