Cardio Kickboxing

Attend 10 weeks of our fitness classes for only $10 per week! At two classes per week, that's only $5 per class!

The Ann Arbor College of Martial Arts Cardio Kickboxing program was custom designed by our experienced training staff to provide an energetic and fun cardiovascular workout. We combine floor-work such as lunges, squats and core-strengthening with the more traditional punching bag work to create an optimal workout for the entire body. This class is perfect for people who don’t have the time or desire to spend hours in the gym, but still want the feeling of having accomplished a full-body workout. The classes feature a range of simple movements that allow anyone, regardless of skill or fitness level, to achieve an effective workout.
