Shaolin Martial Conditioning

Attend 10 weeks of our fitness classes for only $10 per week! At two classes per week, that's only $5 per class!
Our Shaolin Martial Conditioning classes will develop the basic movements used in the martial arts, such as punching, elbow strikes, evading, blocking, knee strikes and kicking. This high-intensity workout emphasizes cardio endurance, and increases strength, flexibility, and power. Drills and forms will be utilized to provide a foundation for health and an application for improved mental focus.
